This villa is a dynamic blend between the natural rocky surroundings and the endless view towards the Mediterranean Sea. Our focus during the design has been to achieve interaction between the interior and exterior spaces through large openings, while trying to minimise any energy losses. Sustainable strategies have been integrated achieving a very good energy rating. All details have been carefully designed resulting to this astonishing luxurious villa.

This villa is designed with a reference to the local architecture, although the influence of modern elements is apparent to both interior and exterior design. Together, the use of the local stone with the modern touches of design unify the space and create a calm environment for the visitors.
The magnificent view is visible throughout all the rooms and even before entering the house through the courtyard entrance. This transition from outside to inside and then again outside to the pool area is designed as a continuous space, making the internal space wider, ideal for a holiday residence.
